What We Keep

Only what you choose to give us: your name and the address we write back to, the words you write to us, and anything you add to your own place here if you join. If you pay, your payment is handled by Stripe on this page; we never see or keep your card number.

Why We Keep It

To answer you, to look after anything you have joined or bought, to send you the letters that belong to it, and to keep this website safe and working well.

Who Else Sees It

Nobody, except the few services that make this website work: our website host, Stripe for payments, and Postmark, which carries our letters to you. Each sees only what it needs for that one job. We never sell or trade what you give us, and we never share it for advertising.

What Is Yours To Ask

You may ask to see what we keep about you, to correct it, or to have it removed, at any time, by writing to us here. We answer every request. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles, and if you are ever unhappy with how we have looked after your information, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We use only the small files this website needs to work, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use them to follow you around the internet.
